About Katy
Katy established her business consultancy and NLP mindset coaching business in 2023, after choosing to leave her corporate executive role to prioritise her own wellbeing and to create a work-life around her family. This decision led her to pursue a life filled with purpose, passion and wellness. Before this new chapter, Katy dedicated 20 years to leading and directing business change programs in both the UK and Australia.
Her international experience includes designing and implementing suicide prevention services in Western Australia, managing acute and community NHS operations in the UK, directing a private rehabilitation case management company, collaborating with non-profit organisations on strategy development, and directing transformation programs following large-scale acquisitions and mergers.
Katy thrives on developing small businesses that often lack the extensive funding and marketing resources typical of larger corporations to achieve visibility and generate leads and income.
Her focus is on assisting you and your business in designing & developing a clear strategy as well as forming robust partnerships ahead of implementing operational business plans or changes.
